Overview: Dr. Damon Silas will teach you the science behind Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) aka 'Tapping;' you will learn how this tool can be used to effectively treat symptoms of stress, anxiety and overwhelm; and you will walk away with a tangible understanding of how to use this modality for yourself and others.
1. To learn what parts of the brain and body chemistry are activated when engaging in EFT;
2. To identify the various acupressure points to engage when tapping through stress, anxiety and overwhelm;
3. To actively utilize EFT tapping to lower cortisol (our stress hormone) levels and increase focus and clarity;
4. To use EFT tapping for oneself for a variety of mental, emotional and physical issues; and
5. To walk away with an understanding of how to quickly teach this modality to others.
