BRITTNEY-NICHOLE CONNOR-SAVARDA

Brittney-Nichole Connor-Savarda is the founder of Catalyst 4 Change LLC, an organization that partners with leaders and rapid growth businesses to develop their human capital through emotional intelligence and effective communication strategies.

A graduate of UNC Charlotte, Brittney-Nichole obtained her degree in psychology and minor in computer science. Following graduation, Brittney-Nichole worked as an internal technology consultant for a Fortune 500 company and served as Co-Chair on their Diversity and Inclusion Outreach Team for 3 years. Outside the organization, Brittney-Nichole served as Co-Founder and High School Program Director for ChickTech Charlotte, Area 14 Director for Toastmasters International, and Secretary

for the Advanced Communicators of Charlotte. In 2018, UNC Charlotte named Brittney-Nichole one of their inaugural “Top 10 Under 10”, honoring the top 10 graduates within the past 10 years based on leadership and philanthropy. Brittney-

Nichole is also in the final stages of completing her first book “The EQ Deficiency” which is projected to make its debut Fall of 2020.

Brittney-Nichole believes continued education and self-development are vital to her (or anyone’s) success, in addition to developing a strong and genuine network of trusted advisors, mentors, and peers, and last but not least, having a positive self-image and mindset.

DAMON SILAS

Dr. Damon Silas is a Clinical Psychologist, Author, Speaker, and Coach with Collaborative Solutions Group.  Dr. Silas specializes in helping others with their personal growth and professional development, and he has had extensive experience with trauma and PTSD. Dr. Silas is the author of multiple books, including From Mourning To Knight: Overcoming Loss, What’s Your ACTION Plan?  6 Powerful Ways To Get Unstuck In Your Life Now, and has a third book on the way entitled Free From Trauma: Escape the Past, Silence Your Subconscious Saboteur, and Overcome Your Post-Traumatic Stress.  His podcast, entitled “From Mourning To Action: Powerfully Working Through Loss,” is all about giving hope to people as they cope through their losses.  He is also the co-host of the WDRB Radio show (also on iHeart Radio) entitled “A Mental Health Mixtape,” taking a fresh new perspective on age-old topic.
