In this collaborative activity, we want to introduce the concept of adaptive leadership. We will introduce you to tools, patterns of behavior, and concepts that will enable you to evolve a culture for continued success. The success patterns you create through adaptive leadership, empowerment, and enablement will be interwoven into the culture that continues your legacy for organizational success.

Our Guest Speakers: 

Anthony Register is a professionally certified coach (International Coaching Federation-ACC) specializing in lean-agile, leadership, life, and career coaching. Anthony has been deeply rooted in Agile engagements and service delivery optimizations over the years as an Agile Coach. Through that experience, Anthony has discovered the people side of the equation and he continues to explore and learn so that he can serve others through coaching people who are "stuck" or going through a change. Anthony views himself as a person who was once an Agile Coach who transformed into a personal coach that happens to have Agile expertise. Anthony is the VP of Professional Development in the ICF Charlotte Chapter providing programs and events for continued learning in the professional coaching community. He is a recently retired youth baseball coach (now a parent role) and is an avid road/mountain biker.

Roger Hutcheson has been in Information Technology for over 30 years and is currently an Accredited Kanban Trainer and Professional Delivery Coach.   Roger specializes in lean-agile, adaptive leadership, systems thinking, and IT delivery coaching and metrics.  Through the last 12 years of agile engagements and experience, he has discovered that people's values and culture play an enormous part in the results of collaborative problem-solving.  With this discovery, he works to create safe environments, for diverse options, where exciting solutions get created that change the future.  Roger is an avid outdoor enthusiast and loves to be on one of his bikes.
