Join Mike Mosher and take the StandOut assessment to discover your strengths. Mike will guide you through your personal assessment results, show how the assessment is incorporated in a technology platform and highlight multiple examples of using strengths in personal and professional life.
You will learn how StandOut had “it right” before COVID when it comes to the blending of work and home life. Providing a prime platform for individual employees to engage in their strengths and build individual value by honing in on tools already possessed. About Mike- With a newly emerging Talent division at ADP, Mike Mosher, joined in 2017 the same year Marcus Buckingham joined ADP as the head of the ADP Research Institute. With a grounded background in strengths and identifying his own early on in his career with StrengthsFinder – it made sense to become immersed in Marcus’ research and the StandOut offering, new from ADP.
Mike has been in Business Development for 12 years, upon graduating from The Krannert School of Business at Purdue. His professional passion is focused on people – how to help, how to connect, how to make sense of the sophisticated technology driven world we see around us. Mike is married (Sarah) with a son (Brooks) and two rescue pups (Parker & June), when not spending time with family you can find him on one of the many golf courses in Charlotte.
